March is Nutrition Awareness Month.
It’s the perfect time for awareness: a number of people who made a New Year’s resolution to live a healthier lifestyle have broken it, we’re coming off of a month that features one of the biggest party days (Super Bowl Sunday) and one of the biggest candy-eating days (Valentine’s Day), and spring is just around the corner!
As the weather warms up, and we tend to be a bit more active, we can see and feel how an unhealthy lifestyle can affect all of us. That’s why the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics wants you to “Put Your Best Fork Forward” this month, and so do we!
