Tootie (Kieu) Norton
Tootie (Kieu) Norton recently joined the Partee Insurance team. She comes to the agency having over 10 years of experience working in the human resources field as a generalist. Her areas of expertise include managing workers compensation, developing and implementing safety training programs, performing investigations, reducing injuries in the workplace, managing group benefits, training and development, recruitment and contract negotiation. Prior to working in the human resources field, Tootie began her career in the insurance industry working in the claims and legal department while continuing to develop her skills in risk management. Tootie obtained her Human Resources Management Certification in 2008 and plans to obtain her Certified Workers Compensation Specialist designation along with completing her bachelor’s degree in business management. Tootie resides with her family in Covina with four children and one granddaughter. When she is not at work, Tootie enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering on the PTA at her daughter’s school.
