David Shields CIC, CWCA
David has been a Commercial Insurance Agent for 24 years and with Partee Insurance for 14 years. Prior to coming to the Commercial Insurance industry, David owned a retail store after spending 16 years with Sears where he was both a national and international buyer. David's specialty is manufacturers, distributors and wholesale insurance programs. This relates well to his background in marketing, production and product development. His knowledge of distribution as well as importing and its special problems and opportunities, offers his clients an advantage in customer savings. David graduated from the University of Georgia and has post-graduate work in financial analysis. He has obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Workers' Compensation Advisor (CWCA) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations. David is a past president of Kiwanis International in Glendora, CA and has served a number of other community service organizations.
